Founded by Julian in 2008, Complete Style Joinery was established with a vision to create premium-quality kitchens and bespoke joinery while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and design excellence. Under his leadership as Managing Director, the company has grown into a trusted local business renowned for its attention to detail, superior workmanship, and commitment to quality.
Lachie's journey with Complete Style Joinery is a testament to dedication and passion for the trade. Beginning as a work experience student while still at school, he progressed through an apprenticeship before becoming a co-owner of the business. His hands-on industry knowledge, practical expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes have played a key role in the company's continued success and growth.
Together, Julian and Lachie lead a highly skilled team of cabinet makers and joinery professionals who combine technical expertise with creative design to produce custom kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, laundries, and commercial fit outs of the highest standard. Their shared focus on quality materials, precision craftsmanship, and personalised service ensures every project exceeds client expectations and stands the test of time.

We employ several apprentices and take an active role in passing on skills and knowledge to them. We also help local schools with work experience placements when requested.
